Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic Remote HR Business Partner. This senior role partners with designated business units to align HR strategies with objectives, advising on talent management, employee relations, and change management in a fully virtual environment.

You will collaborate with leaders to implement HR initiatives, drive talent acquisition and retention, and lead organizational design while championing diversity and inclusion across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of HR experience with significant HRBP background.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a remote setting.
• Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong HR knowledge, best practices, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into HR initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Lead organizational design and change management efforts.
• Analyze HR data to inform continuous improvement.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within assigned units.
