Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Guest Relations Specialist in South Africa to deliver outstanding service across email, phone and chat. You will resolve inquiries, manage guest expectations, and log interactions in the CRM while working independently in a supportive virtual environment.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, excellent written and spoken communication, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer service tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, and chat, addressing concerns and providing detailed information.
• Proactively identify and resolve guest issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of guest services by identifying trends and suggesting process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to post-stay.
