Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Guest Relations Manager to lead exceptional customer service for our online hospitality platform. You will oversee all guest interactions, drive loyalty, and implement strategies to enhance the guest journey from a remote setting.

Requirements include proven guest relations experience, strong leadership of remote teams, and proficiency with CRM tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred, with a fully remote work arrangement
