Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will lead strategic online marketing initiatives to grow traffic, conversions, and customer retention across digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliates.

You will analyze data to inform decisions, oversee content and website optimization, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce marketing with digital strategy experience.
• Proven success in online campaigns and sales growth.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
• Experience with Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and retention.
• Manage and optimize digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
• Oversee product descriptions, promotional content, and website copy for online audiences.
• Analyze sales data and website analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with product development and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage the e-commerce budget for optimal resource allocation.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices; perform A/B testing.
• Report KPIs to senior management with actionable insights.
