Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives remotely for the Mossel Bay region and surrounding areas. You will oversee the full lifecycle from planning to closeout, ensuring safety, quality, time, and budget adherence.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and outstanding communication with clients, management, and regulators. You will coordinate diverse teams using digital PM tools, with significant responsibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills for remote management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Lead and motivate project teams, including site staff, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Oversee contract administration, including change orders and disputes.
