Qualifications

• 1–2 years call centre or service correspondence experience required.
• Must be familiar with help desk applications.
• Matric certificate is required; additional certification in Office Management or Microsoft Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers across channels, respond to inquiries promptly, and meet KPI targets.
• Process orders, forms, and requests; maintain records of interactions and feedback.
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, report escalations, and support process improvements.
