Job summary

FirstRand Limited’s FNB Points of Presence team seeks a Community Advisor for a 12-month hourly-rate contract in a branch environment. You will serve customers promptly, understand needs, and process requests while driving customer engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Admin, Customer Service or related.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers promptly and professionally.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience aligned to service standards.
• Identify and maximise cross-sell opportunities.
• Track and influence sales and service activities to meet targets.
• Provide accurate reporting and timely information updates.
