Placements24 seeks an experienced Front Office Manager for a stylish beachfront resort in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal. You will lead the reception and guest services team, oversee check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries, and drive occupancy while upholding the highest service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for guest satisfaction in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 4 years in Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience in guest relations and complaint resolution.
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservations software.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other local languages is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Train, schedule, and lead the Front Desk team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, professionally, and satisfactorily.
• Monitor and manage room inventory and availability to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to financial procedures.
• Develop and implement Front Office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training to Front Desk staff.
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth coordination.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel's services, facilities, and local attractions.
