ANEW Hotel Capital is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead ANEW Hotel’s front office operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences while optimizing revenue and maintaining operational excellence. Based in Gauteng, Centurion, the role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

You will drive department performance, manage occupancy targets, oversee check-in/out, VIP services, and coordinate with other departments to ensure service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office management in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to optimize revenue and occupancy.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar PMS required.
