Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Restaurant Floor Supervisor for our Centurion-based client. You will lead front-of-house operations, oversee service staff, and maintain high standards of guest experience during peak hours.

You will train and mentor team members, resolve guest inquiries, ensure food safety compliance, and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver smooth service and an inviting dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including table service, customer interactions, and staff management.
• Train, mentor, and schedule restaurant service staff to ensure high performance and service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory of service supplies and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment for guests.
