Job summary

Craven Cottage CC in Cape Town is seeking an experienced bar/restaurant/club manager to oversee daily operations, manage shift staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer service.
• Smooth and professional day-to-day operations.
• Daily management of shift staff.
• Manage daily cash ups.
• Open or close the shop.
• Stock control and ordering of bar and kitchen requirements.
• Maintain consistency in food and beverage products.
• Assist training of new staff.
• Assist in disciplinary measures when required.
• Keep meticulous records of monetary movement in the floats/cash up sheets/petty cash.
• Maintain personal records of employees securely.
