Busy Pub and Restaurant is seeking a highly experienced Bar Manager to oversee all day-to-day bar operations, manage beverage inventory, and ensure profitability while upholding customer service and legal compliance.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, stock control, financial tracking, and beverage program development to drive promotions and seasonal offerings.

Qualificações

• 2 to 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced hospitality or high-volume bar/restaurant.
• Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, multitasking, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and basic math/accounting practices.
• Alcohol service certification will be an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Oversee bar opening and closing procedures, monitor service flow, and handle customer feedback or complaints promptly.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule bartenders and bar backs; conduct pre-shift briefings.
• Monitor stock levels, manage ordering and deliveries, build vendor relationships, and minimize waste.
• Track daily sales, manage cash handling and registers, assist with payroll preparation, and support budget targets.
• Enforce local liquor licensing laws, health and hygiene regulations, and responsible beverage service.
• Collaborate on beverage programs, craft cocktail menus, and promote special events or seasonal offerings.
