Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a professional arrival and departure experience.
• Manage front-desk and reception activities in accordance with operating standards.
• Maintain accurate and complete guest profiles and information.
• Identify and action guest requests and provide relevant information regarding facilities and services.
• Process reservations accurately and provide confirmations in line with booking requirements.
• Manage billing, cashiering and financial transactions accurately.
