Job summary

Concentrix in Cape Town is seeking a French Customer Service Associate to deliver multichannel support (voice, chat, email) for a tech campaign. You will resolve software issues, maintain knowledge of processes, and document customer interactions.

The role requires Matric, French fluency, and 6+ months in a customer-facing role with a service mindset. Shifts run 3pm to 2am, Monday to Friday, with benefits including medical aid, pension, subsidised transport and an EAP.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Experience in accounting or related fields preferred but not essential.
• At least 6 months in a customer-facing role with service orientation.
• Experience in web chat or non-voice channels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience via voice, email, chat and social media.
• Identify root causes of issues and apply system analysis to resolve problems.
• Maintain knowledge of the campaign and support processes.
• Document each contact clearly in tracking systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant resources and follow up.
