Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months international call centre customer service experience.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• Grade 12 completed.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
• Able to work UK shifts.
• Clear communication, professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer experiences in every interaction.
• Verify and update customer information accurately.
• Proactively offer solutions to customer questions, concerns, or issues.
• Plan, organise, and manage work effectively.
• Take ownership of the customer experience from first contact through follow-through.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Escalate queries when needed and escalate timeously.
• Complete new hire and campaign training modules.
