Qualifications

• Proven experience in food and beverage, resort management, or hospitality.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar resort role, including guest and staff relations and administration.
• Experience managing revenue streams, including timeshare.
• Strong budgeting and operational financial management skills.
• Own transport and valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with POS systems.
• Demonstrated management abilities.

• Monitor and control all Food & Beverage outlets and related property departments.

• Ensure workplace relations comply with relevant legislation, bylaws, and internal policies.
• Implement best practices and stay abreast of industry trends in hospitality services.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, stock control, and assets including stock takes and par stock levels.
• Handle guest queries, requests, complaints, and oversee guest relations.
• Oversee the entire resort operation to ensure smooth functioning, especially in the absence of the Resort Manager.
