About the Role

Our client, a prominent hotel in Benoni, Gauteng, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Food & Beverage Director to lead its diverse culinary and service operations. This senior leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars, banqueting, and room service, ensuring exceptional quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will be instrumental in developing innovative menus, managing operational efficiency, controlling costs, and leading a high-performing team. Requirements
