About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to lead their vibrant culinary and service operations in Richards Bay. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and profitability. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of culinary trends, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction within a demanding hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
