Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, and catering.

About the Role

Our client, a premier luxury resort located in the heart of Centurion, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced and innovative Food & Beverage Director to lead its diverse culinary and beverage operations. This pivotal role is responsible for setting the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability across all restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining services. The ideal candidate will have a distinguished background in luxury hospitality F&B management, a creative flair for menu development, and a proven ability to manage a high-performing team. You will be the driving force behind creating memorable dining experiences for discerning guests, managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring the resort's culinary reputation remains unparalleled. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position demanding strategic vision and impeccable execution within a beautiful Centurion setting.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering. Requirements

Extensive experience as a Food & Beverage Director or similar senior F&B management role in luxury hotels or resorts. Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume, upscale F&B operations. Strong knowledge of culinary trends, wine, and spirits. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency in F&B management systems and financial reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve profitability targets. Creative and innovative approach to menu engineering and beverage programming. Exceptional guest relations and problem-solving skills. A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is highly desirable. Based in or willing to relocate to Centurion, Gauteng.
