About the Role

Our client, a luxury hotel renowned for its exquisite dining experiences in Vereeniging, Gauteng , is seeking an accomplished Food and Beverage Director . This executive role requires a visionary leader to oversee all aspects of the hotel's diverse food and beverage operations, including multiple restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of culinary trends, exceptional financial acumen, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. You will be instrumental in driving innovation, profitability, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service across all F&B outlets. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management, with at least 3 years in a director-level role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant group.
• Proven track record of successful financial management and P&L responsibility in F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, wine, and spirits.

• Proficiency in F&B costing and control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
