Placements24 is seeking an experienced FMCG Sales Manager to lead the Paarl-based sales team in the Western Cape. You will develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and manage key accounts to hit ambitious targets.

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals, build strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and collaborate with marketing and operations to align launches with growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role in FMCG.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership role within the FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving significant sales growth.
