Qualifications

• 2+ years in field sales, FMCG/retail preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed targets in your territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and decision-makers.
• Promote and sell FMCG products with strong product knowledge.
• Secure prime shelf space and effective merchandising/ POS execution.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base in Stellenbosch.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess stock and address needs.
• Provide market feedback to management on trends and competition.
• Plan routes efficiently to manage time and territory.
