Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive FMCG product visibility and sales across retail channels in Pretoria. You will build strong relationships with store managers, Merchandising products effectively, and push sales through proactive engagement in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a solid understanding of FMCG market dynamics to support the brand''s presence in the local retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG sales or similar field.
• Strong sales principles and customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time in field.
• Valid driver''s licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers within an assigned sales territory.
• Promote and sell a range of FMCG products, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility on shelves.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer service.
• Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and place orders to meet customer demand and company objectives.
• Implement promotional activities and in-store displays to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
