Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market and distribution channels in Pietermaritzburg and surrounding areas.
