Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Representative to expand its FMCG distribution in Soweto and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with retailers, manage product placement, and drive sales across a diverse range of products.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Gauteng are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.
• Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers.
• Organized, reliable, and strong work ethic.
• Willing to reside in or travel extensively within Soweto, Gauteng.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers in Soweto.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and staff.
• Ensure product placement, stock levels, and visibility on shelves.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
• Identify opportunities for new business and expand customer base.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Report on sales activities and market conditions.
