Placements24 is seeking an Area Sales Executive to manage and grow our client’s FMCG business in Soweto, Gauteng South. You will build strong relationships with store owners and managers, drive product visibility, and hit sales targets across retail channels.

The role requires field-based work with travel to various retail outlets, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic market. Competitive base and commission offered, plus training and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve area targets and expand market share.
• Manage relationships with retail partners, independents, and key accounts.
• Ensure product placement, merchandising, and stock availability.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase sales volume.
