Placements24 is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover Centurion and surrounding Gauteng areas. The role focuses on driving FMCG sales, managing product placement, and ensuring brand visibility through regular retail visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience, preferably FMCG.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of retail sales processes and merchandising principles.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and mobile sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration and sales volume in Centurion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, store managers and buyers.
• Promote new products and initiatives to retail partners for in-store visibility.
• Conduct regular store visits to manage stock levels and product placement.
• Negotiate sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit regular sales reports and activity logs.
