Placements24 is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to boost product visibility and sales in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will manage retail relationships, ensure optimal stock, and drive merchandising and promotions to meet targets.

The role requires hands-on, end-to-end sales execution with a focus on customer service and market feedback. A willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license are essential to cover the Gauteng region.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in FMCG sector.
• Strong retail sales and merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Tembisa and Gauteng.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with store managers and key personnel in retail outlets across Tembisa.
• Promote and sell a range of FMCG products, ensuring brand visibility and product availability.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
• Execute in-store merchandising and display strategies according to brand guidelines.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
• Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity analyses.
