Qualifications

• Proven experience as Field Sales Executive or similar in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and CRM.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet targets.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
• Resilient and proactive in selling.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with existing and potential retail clients to promote FMCG products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.
• Ensure consistent product availability and optimal merchandising in retail outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.
