Job summary

WesBank Fleet Management and Leasing in Pretoria (Menlyn) is seeking a results-driven New Business Marketer to lead deal origination and client engagement across the Limpopo region. Based in Menlyn with regular travel, you will source fleet management and leasing clients and tailor proposals.

You will need 5–10 years in new business sales, a Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business, and a valid driver’s licence with own vehicle for field assignments.

Qualifications

• Higher National Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in commerce or marketing.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are required.
• 5–10 years in new business sales, preferably in fleet services or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients across targeted sectors, including trucks, cars, and vans.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor leasing and fleet management solutions.
• Drive revenue by achieving sales targets for new business acquisition and related services.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients for long-term partnerships.
• Track pipeline and report on sales performance and market feedback.
