Job summary

RMB is seeking a seasoned New Business Marketer for Lend Deal Maker, Fleet Management & Leasing. The role focuses on originating deals, engaging clients, and driving profitable growth across the Limpopo region, with regular travel from the Menlyn office.

You will build strong client relationships, analyse financial needs, and present tailored leasing solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, contract execution, and ongoing fleet support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of new business sales experience, preferably in fleet services or financial services.
• Experience in deal origination and client acquisition.
• Strong budgeting, cost analysis and financial forecasting skills.
• Ability to assess profitability and manage cost structures.
• Understanding of regulatory and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure new fleet management and leasing clients across targeted sectors.
• Conduct in-depth client needs analysis and propose tailored leasing/fleet solutions.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
