Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Learn and execute fundamental cooking techniques and knife skills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station and the entire kitchen.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with receiving and storing ingredients, ensuring proper rotation and quality.
• Learn about different ingredients, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
• Support the kitchen team during service periods, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously strive to improve culinary skills.
• Handle basic prep tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
