• Solid understanding of classical and contemporary cooking techniques.

• Prepare and cook assigned dishes and components for banquets and events according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality, adhering to portion control and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within your designated section of the kitchen.
• Assist in managing inventory for your section, including stock rotation and requisitions.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in menu development and implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
• Monitor and maintain correct temperatures for all food items.
