Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in a similar service/insurance driven BPO environment.
• Experience in the Financial Service Industry or similar Regulated Industry is essential.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound customers and colleagues.
• Assist customers in finding appropriate solutions for their situation.
• Take ownership of high-risk vulnerable customers with end-to-end management.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and retain business through proactive engagement.
• Strive for first-call resolution on every contact.
• Escalate issues and share best practices with service colleagues.
• Handle peak periods and.perform administrative tasks to maximise effectiveness.
• Adhere to regulatory and sales/service standards and guidelines.
