Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional Customer Care to the existing customer base.
• Safeguard, develop and enhance customer loyalty by providing excellent Customer Care and promoting services as appropriate.

• Undertaking other customer administration and product processing activities as necessary to maximize operational effectiveness.
