Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent - Essential.
• 6–12 months experience in a similar service/Insurance driven BPO environment.
• Experience in the Financial Service Industry or similar Regulated Industry is Essential.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound customers and colleagues.
• Help each customer find the appropriate solution for their situation.
• Take ownership of high-risk vulnerable customers with end-to-end management.
• Qualify and close new business opportunities.
• Address customer cancellation reasons and identify retention options.
• Strive for First Call Resolution on every contact.
• Collaborate with colleagues to raise service standards and share best practices.
• Handle peak periods and perform related admin and product processing tasks to maximise efficiency.
• Develop customer service skills and apply best practices while complying with client standards.
