Anna-Mart le Roux in Somerset West is seeking a meticulous Financial Clerk to join our team. You will manage debtor and supplier invoicing, maintain the cashbook, perform reconciliations and assist with monthly reporting and the annual audit.

The ideal candidate has Matric and at least 3 years in finance, with strong Excel skills and fluency in Afrikaans and English. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy market.

Responsabilidades

• Capture debtor, supplier and producer invoices.
• Allocate costs to sale/purchase orders.
• Check invoices for SARS tax invoice compliance.
• Capture payments and match to records.
• Send remittances and ensure timely receipt of invoices and statements.
• Handle supplier queries and follow up.
• Obtain approval for invoices to be paid.
• Perform debtor, creditor and bank reconciliations.
• Assist with cashflow and financial reporting.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and filing.
• Process debit/credit cards and post journals.
