Kontak Recruitment in Gauteng seeks a Finance Assistant – Debtors & Reconciliations for Sandton. R18 000 to R25 000 CTC per month, permanent, office-friendly position.

The role requires at least 5 years’ experience in debtors and reconciliations, matric with accounting, strong Excel, and familiarity with Zoho Books or similar.

You will reconcile daily cash-ups, manage patient accounts, debtors analysis, and support the CFO in reporting within an established medical services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in debtors, accounts or reconciliations.
• Matric with Accounting.
• Strong reconciliation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills.
• Experience with Zoho Books or a similar accounting system.
• Stable employment history and contactable references.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling daily cash‑ups across card, EFT and other payment channels.
• Managing patient accounts, statements and outstanding payments.
• Debtors management and age‑analysis reporting.
• Investigating discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Supporting the CFO with reporting, financial controls and finance projects.
