Job summary

Exceed HR and Recruitment is seeking a Financial Administrator in the Kuils River area for a permanent role based in Brackenfell, Cape Town. You will handle debtors and creditors, perform reconciliations, and support financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification, strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification or equivalent required.
• Experience with debtors, creditors and general financial administration.
• Strong numeracy and detail-oriented approach.
• Good Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage debtors: invoicing, statements, allocations and outstanding payments.
• Oversee creditors: supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with financial administration and reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
