Job summary

Langford Staffing is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations while leading company-wide onboarding and employee training. This role requires an outgoing, confident communicator who can host live onboarding sessions, translate policies into clear training, and use AI tools to enhance content while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

You will build structured training modules, assess understanding, provide retraining when needed, and escalate when issues surpass

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• 6–8+ years HR experience preferred.
• At least 2 years delivering onboarding or training.
• Direct experience building structured training modules from scratch.
• Experience creating presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, quizzes, scenarios, checklists and training docs.
• Practical experience using AI tools for training development and content improvement.
• Ability to review AI-generated material for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience in HR Generalist/Advisor/Business Partner roles.
• Strong onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leaves, and probation tracking experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new-hire orientation and foundational company training.
• Build training modules from policies, procedures, and standards.
• Create presentations, facilitator guides, quizzes, scenarios, checklists, and readiness assessments.
• Use AI tools to support training development and content updates.
• Review AI-assisted content before use.
• Train employees on policies, systems, and workplace expectations.
• Keep training sessions engaging and easy to understand.
• Assess readiness for role-specific training and retraining as needed.
• Update materials when policies or processes change.
• Escalate issues when training does not resolve performance gaps.
• Document coaching, retraining, warnings, and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding, probation tracking, and offboarding.
• Maintain confidential employee records and leaves.
