Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot customer premises equipment (CPE) such as modems, routers, and VoIP devices.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on network infrastructure including fiber and base stations.
• Respond to service calls and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct site surveys to ensure installations meet technical and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and explain technical issues clearly.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory of equipment.
