The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on telecom experience, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel within Gauteng and work in a field environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent qualification; technical certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in telecommunications installation and repair.
• Solid understanding of FTTH, DSL, VoIP, and LTE.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a field environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gauteng.

You will be the face of our client to their customers, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise in their homes and businesses across Tembisa and surrounding areas. This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel within the assigned region, focusing on maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and network integrity.

Key Responsibilities
