• Proficiency with hand tools, test equipment, and diagnostic software relevant to telecommunications installations.
• Strong understanding of network cabling, fibre optics, and basic networking principles.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with strong communication.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; travel to multiple sites required.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test telecommunications equipment, including routers, modems, and fibre optic systems.
