• Provide technical support and guidance to clients on-site, ensuring their understanding of the systems.
• Document all service activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, using company reporting tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications principles, network technologies, and cabling standards.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
