Placements24 is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to cover Centurion, Gauteng. You will drive growth by engaging with prospective and existing clients, presenting tailored service packages, and building lasting relationships across a dynamic local business community.

You will manage your own schedule, travel within the territory, and aim to consistently hit sales targets through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years field sales/B2B experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and sales pipeline management.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads and opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for territory travel.
• Must reside in or commute to Centurion, Gauteng.
• Knowledge of local business landscape is advantageous.
