Job summary

Herotel is seeking a Field Sales Agent to proactively identify, approach, and convert prospects into subscribers. The role is target-driven, field-based, with commission earnings tied to performance.

You will build and manage a sales pipeline, execute your own lead-generation strategy, and deliver against KPIs. Requirements include 1–2 years in outbound sales, English and local languages, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound sales (1–2 years)
• Ability to work independently with strong time management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn CRM systems and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell to new and existing customers
• Upsell and cross-sell where opportunities exist
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to activation
• Plan daily field routes, canvassing, and area penetration to build pipeline
• Proactively prospect, cold call, and pitch to potential subscribers to hit targets
• Submit accurate weekly activity reports and keep CRM updated
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity and pricing
• Deliver a complete handover of new subscribers to installation and after-sales teams
