Herotel Telecoms (Pty) Ltd in Estcourt is seeking a Contractor Coordinator to lead contractor teams and own field network performance. You will oversee installation health, from POP to customer premises, and ensure safe, compliant execution of tasks in line with Herotel standards.

The role emphasizes daily operational planning, performance measurement, and collaboration with Area Managers to deliver a superior customer experience on the network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contractor teams in telecoms or field operations.
• Ability to translate goals into daily operational plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee physical network infrastructure within the assigned area.
• Ensure health, maintenance, and correct deployment of installations at customer premises.
• Custodian of the network from POP to customer’s internal network.
• Partner with Area Manager to own customer experience on the network.
• Develop monthly and daily operational plans from strategic goals.
• Manage Level-2 MOS collaboration to resolve flow and operational issues.
• Lead contractor teams with daily execution plans and required resources.
• Measure performance using KPIs and QC protocols.
• Report on contractor performance and network metrics.
