The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and performance measurement with a focus on Herotel standards and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading contractor teams in telecom environments.
• Ability to translate business goals into monthly and daily plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record coordinating field installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of network infrastructure within the assigned area.
• Oversee daily operations, contractor performance, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate resources, tools, vehicles, and equipment for field work.
• Report on KPIs, trends, and contractor performance statistics.
• Coach and train contractors to meet Herotel standards.
• Lead Level-2 MOS meetings and resolve operational triggers.
• Align area operations with regional and national network strategies.
