Old Mutual Insure Limited is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance professional to provide cost-efficient building upkeep and a customer-centric service. You will ensure essential systems operate reliably, maintain furnishings, and support evacuation procedures while aligning with corporate governance and procurement processes.

You will work to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, monitor stock levels, and continuously improve service delivery to meet SLA targets

Qualifications

• Knowledge of reception services.
• Artisan qualifications an advantage.
• Grade 12 and 2 years’ experience in building maintenance.
• Matriculation Certificate and NQF Level 2/3

Responsabilités

• Deliver a cost-efficient building maintenance service with a safe, healthy workplace.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and manage SLAs.
• Ensure operating status of systems (air-conditioning, pumps, generator, lifts, electrical rooms).
• Attend to general maintenance like furniture, lights, carpets, blinds per SLA.
• Inform supervisor about workshop stock levels and assist evacuation procedures.
• Collaborate with Facilities & Corporate Procurement to meet service levels.
