Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (SA) Ltd (PFA) is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to deliver cost-efficient maintenance and exceptional customer service across the organisation. You will manage HVAC, pumps, gensets, lifts, electrical rooms and related systems, while coordinating with procurement and facilities teams to meet service levels.

The role requires a Matric and at least 2 years of building maintenance experience; artisan qualifications are a plus.

Competenze

• Matriculation certificate (Matric) required.
• Artisan qualifications an advantage.
• 2 years' experience in building maintenance.

Mansioni

• Provide cost efficient and effective building maintenance with customer-centric service.
• Maintain HVAC, water pumps, generators, lifts and electrical rooms to SLA.
• Ensure furniture, lights, carpets and decor are attended as per SLA.
• Inform supervisor about stock levels and procurement needs.
• Assist with evacuation procedures and signage compliance.
• Prepare meeting rooms and resolve logged maintenance calls promptly.
• Continuously improve facilities services and governance adherence.
• Collaborate with Facilities & Corporate Procurement to meet scorecard objectives.
